For Fall 2019 Red Wing brings back the 1932 Billy Boot, a best-seller designed for boys in post-depression America. The limited-edition 8829 Billy Boot is cut from Black Klondike leather, a proprietary Red Wing leather dyed brown then overdyed black for a deep rich finish that ages beautifully with wear. Made in Minnesota, the 8-inch, 10-eye update features a moccasin-style toe, nickel brass hooks, leather laces and Goodyear welt construction on top of a white Traction Tred sole. In keeping with the original, each pair features a leather knife holster on the upper made to fit a pocket knife. Unfortunately, the pocket knife is not included.
