Converse x P.A.M. Capsule

Paris-based lifestyle brand Perks and Mini (P.A.M.) “adapt” the Chuck 70 and select Converse apparel for the new Converse x P.A.M. Capsule. Co-founders Misha Hollenbach and Shauna Toohey believe mutations are “about evolution and the idea of what’s to come, what the future could be. It is not a rigid or singular way of thinking. It is an openness. We must adapt.”

To that end, Hollenbac and Toohey wrapped their version of the Chuck 70 in PrimaLoft, a thermal material from the ’80s, to form an upper that can be fully removed with a zipper. When unzipped, the high-top mutates into a canvas slip-on Chuck 70 with a dual-branded tongue patch and gold side panel. The capsule also includes a Track Pant, Hoodie and a reversible Quilted Bomber crafted in PrimaLoft with functional side pockets, graphic sleeve artwork and a heat transfer graphic on the back.

The Converse x P.A.M. collection will be available January 19 on converse.com.
