Bell & Ross takes its passion for aeronautics to new heights with the limited-edition BR 03 GryoCompass. The fighter plane silhouette and graphics in the center of the black dial take inspiration from the design of the course deviation indicator (CDI) found on an aircraft’s cockpit dashboard. The CDI dial shows the direction to steer to correct for course deviations. Mimicking the movement of the CDI, the tip of the fighter plane tracks the time by ailing with the numbers and indices on the flange. Ensuring functionality in the dark, the cardinal points and triangular indices are coated with green emission Super-LumiNova, while the time indicators are highlighted by blue emission Super-LumiNova. The 41 mm black ceramic case is just 10.6 mm thick and fitted to a black rubber strap that fastens with a black PVD coated steel pin buckle. Powered by the BR-CAL.302 self-winding calibre, the watch is waterproof to 100 meters and available now in a limited-edition of 999 pieces.
