Swiss sportswear brand On is expands its presence in professional Tennis with the signing of Iga Świątek, the women’s world number one ranked player, and rising star Ben Shelton. Both players will now wear ON head-to-toe, sporting the newly developed pro apparel collection and custom versions of THE ROGER Pro tennis shoe – the brands first match-ready tennis shoe. Along with on-court apparel ON is launching a clay court version of THE ROGER Pro. Developed in collaboration with ON shareholder Roger Federer, the new shoe is packed with strategic features like a full-length herringbone outsole engineered to move clay through the grooves for extra traction. The herringbone tread pattern also covers more of the mid-foot and opens up at the toe, allowing players to transition for sprint to slide.. like a pro. For the upcoming spring clay court season, Shelton will wear ON apparel and a custom pair of THE ROGER Pro Clay, tailored to his individual style of play.
