Watch Porn: Omega Speedmaster Chrono Chime Powered By New Movement

The Speedmaster Chrono Chime takes watchmaking to a new level with the most complicated calibre Omega has ever made. Codeveloped with Blancpain, the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 1932 is a fully integrated chronograph and minute repeater that took six years to produce. Satin-brushed, mirror polished and enriched with 40 grams of gold, the intricate handmade movement is visible through a sapphire crystal case back. This first of its kind calibre is housed in a 45.5-mm Sedna Gold case inspired by the 1959 Omega Speedmaster CK 2998, the first watch worn on the moon. The speckled blue dial features an inner bezel, sub-dials, hands and markers in the same 18K Sedna Gold. Blued CVD sub-dial hands and a red tipped split-seconds hand add more color to the dial. Finishing touches include an embossed musical note on the chime pusher at 8 o’clock and a red ring on the tip of the split seconds pusher at 2 o’clock – mirroring the split-seconds hand it controls. Each numbered edition comes in a special walnut presentation box.
