The Argonaut Bronze is the latest addition to Bremont’s Armed Forces Collection, a tribute to Britain’s military services. Inspired by Greek mythology, its name is synonymous with Navy history having appeared on commissioned ships for nearly 250 years. Available with a black or blue dial, its 42-mm case is constructed from corrosion resistant bronze that develops a unique patina with age. Bronze is entrenched in naval heritage due to its high corrosion resistance to salt water, making it the perfect material for a 300m diving watch. The ‘Dirty Dozen’ inspired black or blue dial has Super-LumiNova filled hands and markers, a date window at three o’clock, and a red tipped seconds hand. Powered by the BE-92AV movement with 38 hour power reserve, the watches come mounted on a coordinating black or blue sailcloth strap with a bronze colored pin buckle. As a finishing touch, the stainless steel case back features the Heraldic Badges of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
