Dehen 1920 created a special version of its Flyer’s Club Jacket for Ginew. Made in the Portland, the jacket is cut from the ‘Facing East’ wool blanket fabric designed by artist Dyani White Hawk and woven exclusively for Ginew by Pendelton Woolen Mills. The mouton-trimmed blouson mixes Native American motifs – especially those of the Ojibwa, Oneida and Mohican tribes – with elements of vintage military flight jackets. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the jacket will support community and youth initiatives organized around the skatepark on the Warm Springs Reservation in Central Oregon.
