With the new RM 35-03 Automatic Rafael Nadal, the fourth watch in the RM 035 range, Richard Mille introduces a new winding mechanism christened the butterfly rotor. This patented variable geometry rotor allows the wearer to pause the mechanism’s automatic winding with a push of the ‘Sports Mode’ button, to protect movement during periods of intense physical activity. An ON/OFF indicator located at 6 o’clock makes it easy to see the status of the rotor.
The RM 35-03 Automatic Rafael Nadal ($220,000.00) is available in two colorways – blue Quartz TPT with a white Quartz TPT band or white Quartz TPT with powder blue Carbon TPT band – exclusively from Richard Mille boutiques. The 43.15 integrated tonneau case showcases the Caliber RMAL2 automatic movement with a dramatically skeletonized dial punctuated with the numerals 12, 3, 6, and 9.
