Persol created a limited edition version of its signature 649 sunglasses exclusively for Italian fabric house Dedar. Founded in 1976, the family-run firm manufactures some of the finest upholstery and drapery fabrics, characterized by unexpected patterns and used by top interior decorators. From 2011 to 2020, Dedar produced fabric and wallpaper collections for Hermès. Inspired by the firms colorful ‘Campus’ fabric, the Dedar 649 sports a new all-blue look. The handcrafted blue acetate frames are set with blue polarized lenses, co-branded with red logos on the temple tips and finished with silver-tone arrows at the temples. Each pair comes in a co-branded box with a ‘Campus’ pouch and matching tote.
