TAG Heuer is adding a green dial model to its iconic Monaco collection. The release marks the start of the 12th Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, of which TAG Heuer is the Official Sponsor. This new dial tint highlights the design features of the original square-faced, waterproof chronograph.
The gradient green dial – from light green in the center to dark green at the edge – has a black minute counter at 3 o’clock, a seconds indicator at 6 o’clock and a black hour counter at 9 o’clock. Rhodium-plated Super-LumiNova hands, indices and dots, along with a date window at 6 o’clock, round out the dial. The green markings engraved on the oscillating mass and column wheel of the Heuer 02 manufactured movement are visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. Available in a limited edition of 500 pieces, the TAG Heuer Monaco Green Dial comes in special packaging inspired by the racing heritage of the Monaco collection.
