Adidas Originals’ Latest Basket Profi Hi-Top Is A Flash Back To The ‘70s

Born in 1969 and relaunched in 2012, the adidas Basket Profi always has a hint of retro style. The latest version of the basketball shoe channels the 1970s, an era when players wore tall socks, short shorts and old-school hi-tops. The earthy brown upper is quilted on all sides, trimmed with matching suede and leather accents, and topped with thick black laces secured by a toggle. Textured matte black rubber outsoles emphasize the minimalist, flat color effect.

adidas Originals Basket Profi ($90.00) in Mesa/Core Black. Available from March 23 at 3:00 AM EDT from adidas.com.
