Jack Heuer introduced the ‘Carrera’ collection in 1963, inspired by Mexico’s cross country La Carrera Panamericana auto race. The latest addition to the collection marries this sporting heritage to watchmaking’s most prestigious complication, in an all titanium style with blue accents. Housed in a 45mm Grade 5 titanium case mounted on a matching bracelet, the 2021 Carrera Heuer 02 Tourbillon has a blue ceramic tachymeter bezel and blue sunray-brushed dial finished with luminescent hour and minute hands. The hand-assembled tourbillon complication is the beating heart of the design. This is the first tourbillon-equipped Tag with the classic ‘H’ bracelet made of lightweight Grade 5 titanium.
