Omega’s first-ever titanium movement – the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8928 Ti – powers Omega’s lightest-ever sports watch, the Seamaster Aqua Terra Ultra Light. Built for comfort, the ergonomically designed Ultra Light is fashioned from Gamma Titanium, a strong yet lightweight alloy used in the aeronautical industry. Presented on a textured black rubber strap with contrasting stitching, when worn on the additional NATO-style fabric strap the 41 mm watch weighs just 55 grams. The sandblasted titanium dial features the signature Aqua Terra stripes in negative relief. Omega has also cleverly reduced the amount of material used on the back of the dial, helping to reduce the watches overall weight.
The Seamaster Aqua Terra Ultra Light ($48,600.00) will be available in early 2020.
