John Varvatos is commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising with a small capsule collection of two t-shirts and a tank top. To show his support for the LGBTQIA+ community and New York Cities 2019 WorldPride celebration, the designer is donating 30% of the proceeds from the capsule to amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research. In remembrance of those affected by the AIDS pandemic, all June long each John Varvatos store in NYC will display sections of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, standing in solidarity with those who have lost loved ones to AIDS.
