After the success of their “Order/Disorder” Chuck 70 low top collaboration, Converse and Jun Takahashi team up for a second collection. Inspired by the opposing style tribes seen in ’70s cult film, the Converse x Undercover “New Warriors” Chuck 70 high top moves the heritage design forward with premium materials and an extraordinary attention to detail. Available in black and off-white canvas, Takahashi’s design replaces the famous Chuck ankle patch with an embroidered “NW” patch, an abbreviation for New Warriors – a term also printed on the shoes toecap. A zipper embedded between the laced zipper guards offers an alternate lace-up structure with metal ring accents. First they went low, now they’re going hit.
