Bremont is now the official luxury watch of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces. The partnership with the Ministry of Defense allows the British watchmaker to use the signs, symbols and Heraldic Badges of all three services for official Bremont Military timepieces. The new Armed Forces Collection draws inspiration from a series of timepieces commissioned for the British Army during World War II. Produced at the company’s headquarters in Henley-on-Thames, UK, the range features the emblems of the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force.
The Armed Forces Collection is available now at bremont.com.
The Bremont Broadsword ($3,445.00) is a contemporary take on a classic British Army watch. The 40mm chronometer, produced at the company’s headquarters in Henley-on-Thames, UK, has a black metal dial with mint colored glow-in-the-dark Super-LumiNova hands.
The Bremont Arrow ($4,745.00) is a 42mm cased mono-pusher chronograph designed to the specifications of the Royal Air Force. The sub-dial at 9 o’clock is a running seconds, and the chronograph has elapsed minutes on the 3 o’clock counter, a necessity for any timed mission.
The Argonaut ($3,695.00), a name inspired by Greek mythology and synonymous with Navy history having appeared on Commissioned ships for nearly 250 years, is a 42mm hardened steel-cased military dive watch with a three-handed chronometer rated BE-92AV movement. Because minutes are critical in the marine environment, the high visibility orange minute hand is filled with custom green Super-LumiNova.
