In 1998 Crockett & Jones opened their first store in Paris, in the 8th arrondissement at 14 Rue Chauveau Lagarde. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Crockett & Jones Paris the English shoemaker produced two made-to-order versions of one of the stores best sellers – the chukka. The Cordovan Chukka is handcrafted with genuine Horween leather using the traditional Goodyear-Welt construction method. The limited edition chukkas are available in burgundy and whiskey by special order only from Crockett & Jones, 14 Rue Chauveau Lagarde, 75008 Paris. So… an English shoe, made with American leather, only available in Paris. C’est bon.
