For his Americana inspired Spring 2014 NEIGHBORHOOD collection Shinsuke Takizawa re-imagined Schott NYC’s classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket. Worn by generations of pop culture icons, including Marlon Brando, James Dean, The Ramones and The Sex Pisotls, the Perfecto has changed little since its debut in 1928. Takizawa slimmed down the silhouette, added branded buttons and customized the epaulettes and lining. These subtle changes transformed the Perfecto into a modern classic.
