Bradley Wiggins is one of the most successful British sportsmen of all time. The seven times Olympic Medalist was the first Brit to win the Tour de France and one of only three people knighted for services to cycling. So yeah… he’s a big deal.
Sir Bradley’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection marks his fifth collaboration with Fred Perry. Inspired by his famously mod aesthetic, the styling is sharp, simple and classic. Fine gauge merino knits cut with 1960s style necklines, pique shirts offset with contrast panel details, zip through cardigans with raglan sleeves. The silhouettes are slim and shirts have a little extra length.
“I go back a long way with Fred Perry. I bought my first Fred Perry shirt when I was a kid and it’s gone from there. It is great to have your own range with your name on the label and to be a part of the history of this great British brand .” – Bradley Wiggins
