Orlebar Brown is swimwear for grown folks. Since its launch in 2007 Adam Brown’s swimwear collection has built a loyal trans Atlantic fan base by offering men a stylishly tailored alternative to the garish, baggy board shorts seen everywhere. The retro style shorts have raised the bar for mens swimwear. With his latest collaboration, Brown is raising the bar a little higher still.
Orlebar Brown is teaming up with The Paris Review. Literally. OB will reproduce some of the journals most iconic illustrated covers on their Classic Bulldog shorts. Established in 1953, The Paris Review has consistently introduced the leading writers of the day and has published works by Jack Kerouac, William Faulkner, Truman Capote and Joan Didion. The Review’s highly regarded “Writers at Work” series has been described as “one of the single most persistent acts of cultural conservation in the history of the world”.
The collection will be available in July, $345.00, from orlebarbrown.com
