Lou Dalton is hot. The up and coming British fashion designers collections have consistently been praised by critics and buyers alike for her artful blend of traditional tailoring and modern sportswear. This season Dalton’s inspiration was a “Texan oil baron” in Scotland. This Texan apparently has excellent taste, favoring well cut slate grey, navy and black suits, tartan trousers (when in Rome) and chunky knits. This was one of her strongest
collections so far. The highlight of the collection was the launch of the Lou Dalton for Grenson boot, which will be produced for retail.
